Healing the Soul and Finding True Freedom with A Program in Miracles

The sources of A Program in Miracles are exceptional in themselves. Helen Schucman, a clinical psychologist at Columbia School, started to get what she described as an internal dictation in 1965. Around another eight decades, she transcribed these messages, which she related to Jesus Christ. These classes are useful workouts in mindfulness and understanding, stimulating students release a their attachment to anxiety and judgment.
